Your tasks

• Helping to perform the money laundering reporting officer and central office functions for clients at operational level
• Preparing institution-specific risk analyses for clients covering money laundering, terrorist financing and other criminal acts
• Carrying out checks and monitoring, e.g. of customer due diligence and internal safeguards, and assessing new products

Preparing regular reports for clients senior management

• Implementing statutory and regulatory requirements for preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal acts at client institutions
• Drafting and updating policies, process descriptions and controls
• Answering client queries and preparing written statements on money laundering issues
• Preparing training materials and presentations on technical topics

Your profile

• A degree in economics, business administration, law, business law or a related subject
• Several years experience in the financial sector, at an audit firm or in a compliance function

Good knowledge of financial products and services

Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, in particular the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) and the German Banking Act (KWG)

Fluent written and spoken German and English

• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
