Compliance and Investigations Lawyer – 6–12 Month Contract (Germany)

Start: ASAP | Location: Hamburg preferred (Augsburg or wider Germany could be considered) | Full?time

Were looking for an experienced Compliance and Investigations Lawyer to provide immediate support to our client, a leading international business, within its German operations.

About the Role

You will lead and manage a high volume of compliance?related internal investigations across multiple sites in Germany, including:

Running complex, end?to?end investigations

Interviewing senior stakeholders across several business units

Providing occasional compliance training

Collaborating with cross?border colleagues where relevant

Travelling to sites when in?person interviews are required

What Were Looking For

A German qualified experienced Compliance and Investigations lawyer

Strong background in internal investigations within large or complex organisations

Compliance experience essential; aerospace/defence exposure would be beneficial

Confident dealing with sensitive issues and senior stakeholders

Ideally Hamburg?based (2 days per week on site), with flexibility for Augsburg or broader Germany
