Your job

From day one, you will work with proven professionals in flat hierarchies on challenging mandates. In particular, you can expect:

Complex corporate tax law issues, particularly the restructuring of companies and corporate groups, but also the structuring of private assets.

Ongoing advice to corporations and partnerships on corporate tax law, including cross-border matters.

Handling complex issues in international tax law, e.g., in cases of departure or in connection with additional taxation.

Tax structuring and support for corporate and real estate transactions, including tax due diligence and tax-related contract drafting.

Management and support in challenging legal proceedings on tax issues – both in and out of court.

Preparation of expert reports and concept papers with scientific standards and a focus on current developments in legislation and case law.

In our projects, we work hand in hand across departments - especially between tax and corporate law/transactions - so that you will always learn about the corporate law aspects of the issues. This is a real added value for our clients. You will advise growth-oriented investors, companies, and entrepreneurs, as well as private clients and family offices, and will have intensive client contact right from the start.

Your profile

You have completed a masters degree in economics with excellent results and ideally have additional qualifications such as a doctorate, LL.M., or MBA.

You are a certified tax advisor or are about to take the tax advisor exam.

You have one to three years of professional and consulting experience in corporate tax law and, ideally, in international tax law at a leading law firm or consulting firm.

You think analytically, work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in complex projects, and enjoy project management.

You are open-minded, proactive, enjoy taking on responsibility, and, with your direct, authentic manner, enjoy working in a team and with clients.

English is a matter of course in your everyday work; ideally, you have experience abroad.

You value professional excellence, want to advance your own publication or lecture projects, and contribute to joint projects.

You are a person with wide-ranging interests and, in addition to professional success, you also value having space for your private life.
