Job Description:

As a candidate, you will have the opportunity to receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the field of European patent law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about intellectual property law and looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and innovative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing responses to office actions

Drafting clear and robust patent applications

Attending oral proceedings before patent authorities and courts

Analyzing and evaluating property rights

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

New graduates or scientists with outstanding R&D experience, or individuals with partial qualification as a European Patent Attorney (EPA) or any other national qualification as patent attorney

Strong English oral and written communication skills

Efficiency-oriented way of working with reliable work results

Team player with strong intercultural skills, hands-on mentality, ability to work alone and in a team

Proficiency in Chinese will be a plus
