To strengthen the team of white ip | Patent & Legal we are always looking for support from specialized patent attorneys (m/f/d) in the fields of pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biotechnology, software, mechanical and electrical engineering .

Your responsibilities as a patent attorney (m/f/d)

Independent advice to clients in the field of intellectual property law, in particular patent, utility model, trademark and design law;

Support for inventions from the idea to the granting of industrial property rights in a wide range of technical fields;

Support for our clients national and international intellectual property portfolios;

Conducting searches on the state of the art, the body of law and freedom-to-operate;

Conducting official, extrajudicial and judicial dispute proceedings.

You will fit in with us if you...

Have a degree in a scientific or technical field;

have successfully completed your training as a German Patent Attorney (m/f/d);

Ideally have already gained professional experience as a patent attorney and, if applicable, have their own client base;

Are business fluent in German and English.
