We appreciate your interest in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (“BCLP” or “the Firm”). The next step for exploring a career at BCLP is to submit your application. 1. True, Complete and Correct Application: I certify that all the information furnished on this Application, and during the application process, is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. Verification of References, Employment and Education: To the extent allowed by applicable laws, I authorize BCLP to conduct its own investigation, or use external providers to undertake investigation, of my references, employment history, education and social media, and further, authorize the references and prior employers I have listed to disclose to BCLP information related to my employment history and qualifications for the position for which I am applying, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure.

4. Background Checks: To the extent allowed by applicable laws I consent to BCLP conducting thorough background checks as part of its hiring process.
