Lawyer (m/f/d) Real Estate Law
To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of real estate law - with a focus on advising as well as the procedural enforcement and defense of claims.
What you can expect
You draft and negotiate rental and lease agreements for real estate.
They advise on the purchase and sale of real estate.
They draft and negotiate construction contracts and advise on construction delays, defects and claims for compensation.
You draft and negotiate brokerage contracts.
They enforce civil law claims in court or defend against them.
You manage mandates independently at an early stage in direct client contact.
You bring with you
Her passion is advising on real estate law.
Relevant practical experience in commercial tenancy law, condominium law, construction and architectural law, real estate law and/or real estate transactions as well as in litigation.
At least three years of professional experience as a lawyer.
Precise way of working, entrepreneurial understanding and enjoy teamwork.
Knowledge of English is an advantage
