We are looking for a dedicated and responsible notary clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Essen – for a permanent part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities

independent handling of notarial and legal matters

Preparation, coordination, and support for notary appointments

Drafting contracts and legal documents, following up on cases

Correspondence and communication in German and English

Assist with organizational and administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of the law firm

In short: Take responsibility and actively help shape the processes at the notarys office

Profile

Successful completion of training as a notary clerk or a comparable qualification

Work experience in a notarys office or a law firm

Excellent German skills and a good command of English

A structured, independent, and reliable work style

Enjoyment of communication, organization, and teamwork
