To strengthen our team at our Velbert office, we are looking as soon as possible for a

Patent Paralegal / Patent Attorneys Assistant (m/f/d)

preferably full-time, part-time by arrangement.

Your tasks

Independent handling of formal matters in patent, trademark and design cases

Preparation, filing and monitoring of IP applications (national and international)

Correspondence with clients, offices and foreign associates in German and, if possible, also in English

Monitoring of deadlines and appointments, management of electronic files

Supporting the patent attorneys in day-to-day business

General organisational and administrative tasks within the firm

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a patent paralegal / patent attorneys assistant

Careful, structured and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of working independently

Confident handling of common office software

Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a friendly manner
