Für unser Büro in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir eine erfahrene Rechtsanwältin oder einen erfahrenen Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) für den Bereich Finance.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie beraten unsere Mandanten in allen Fragen aus dem Bereich Finance; häufig auch bei internationalen Transaktionen zusammen mit unseren Büros in London, Paris oder in den USA. Zu unseren Mandanten zählen Banken, institutionelle Kreditgeber und Investoren. Finanzierungen sind ein weites Feld; wir fokussieren uns auf die anspruchsvolleren Transaktionen, häufig an der Schnittstelle zum Aufsichts- und Steuerrecht. Die enge Verzahnung mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen unter anderem im Immobilienrecht ist ein wichtiger Baustein bei unseren Immobilienfinanzierungen. Und auch als kleine, aber fokussierte Praxis dokumentieren wir Kapitalmarkttransaktionen wie beispielsweise Verbriefungen. Daneben beraten wir im Bereich Asset Finance, vor allem bei Finanzierungen von Schienenfahrzeugen. Wer Spaß hat an neuen Entwicklungen, wird sich bei uns wohl fühlen. Zu solchen neuen Entwicklungen gehört auch das Regelwerk für nachhaltige Finanzierungen (ESG) - mit Green Finance Transaktionen oder Finanzierungen für die Verkehrswende leisten wir heute einen Beitrag für ein besseres Morgen.
