The Position

This position is highly regarded within HGF and forms an integral part of the running of our trade mark support operations across Europe. The role will work remotely or directly with a number of Attorneys along with a wider team of Trade Mark support colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

Manage international trade mark and design formalities to protect clients intellectual property rights

Ensure accurate handling of trade mark filings, deadline tracking, and IP schedule management

Coordinate with partners, attorneys, and foreign agents to progress actions and meet key deadlines

Maintain and update internal IP databases and due date diary systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Prepare cost estimates and complete legal documentation required for trade mark and design registrations

Monitor portfolio status and produce professional correspondence for clients and trade mark authorities while staying up to date with global legislation

About You

You are a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with a passion for delivering accuracy in complex, deadline-driven environments. Fluent in both German and English, you communicate confidently in writing and verbally, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international clients, attorneys, and foreign agents. You have some experience in Trade Mark administration.

With a meticulous approach to your work, you take pride in ensuring that trade mark filings, deadline management, and Trade Mark records are maintained with absolute precision. You are proactive and self-motivated, capable of prioritising a varied workload while remaining composed under pressure and meeting critical deadlines.
