As an addition to our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as soon as possible as a

Tax Assistant (m/f/d) on a full- or part-time basis.

Your key responsibilities:

You will assist our domestic and international clients with tax matters related to international tax law, structuring, foreign tax law, and double taxation agreements (DTAs).

You will manage cross-border investment structures with a focus on preparing tax balance sheets and tax returns, such as corporate income tax returns as well as separate and unified assessment returns for domestic and foreign funds and real estate companies.

You will assist us in representing our clients before the tax authorities, particularly during ongoing tax field audits and appeal proceedings.

What we expect from you:

Motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics and continuously expand your skills

A completed university degree (Bachelors/Masters) with a focus on taxation or a comparable field of study

First professional experience in the tax field is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Analytical thinking and a precise, structured approach to work

Good English skills

A strong understanding of economic dynamics, analytical strength, and strong teamwork skills
