We are currently looking for a new member of our team in Stuttgart

Legal trainee (m/f/d) for the legal clerkship - focus on civil and corporate law with interfaces to migration law

We are currently 9 lawyers who mainly advise and represent individuals and companies in Germany and abroad, particularly in migration, corporate, real estate, trademark and copyright law. We are complemented and supported by a friendly, international team of legal specialists, ReFas and legal assistants.

Your tasks:

Supporting lawyers in advising and representing individuals and companies in Germany and abroad with a focus on civil and corporate law

Participation in the founding and structuring of companies, in particular by foreign founders, investors and start-ups

Processing client inquiries from all over the world

Review of legal matters and research activities on civil and corporate law mandates

Conducting organizational and legal correspondence with our clients, authorities and foreign representations

Your profile:

Interest and commitment to familiarize yourself with the legal areas of civil and corporate law as well as the interfaces with migration law

Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills are an advantage

Ability to work in a team, pragmatism and open-mindedness

Full-time or voluntary experience in the field of migration and/or refugees or in dealing with international clients is welcome
