The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our AI & Data practice team. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical background, hands experience with Data Bricks, Pursuits, proposal and delivery.

Your key responsibilities

Collaborate with our client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes that the AI solutions will support.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers to translate requirements in robust AI solutions integrating without clients technology stack

Continuously learn, experiment, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.

Create comprehensive test plans for AI-based applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations

Skills and attributes for success.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

2+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of AI/ML testing experience.

Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)

Experience working in agile development environments.

Must live in Ottawa or be willing to relocate.

Eligible for federal security clearance (screening for eligibility will be conducted during the hiring process).

Ideally, youll also have

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks for AI systems, including bias testing, performance testing, and security testing.

Familiarity with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI frameworks.

Experience with testing tools such as DeepChecks, or similar AI-focused.

Experience in API integration and development.

Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
