Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase the visibility and ranking of our website on major search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website to identify areas of improvement and develop a strategic plan to address them.

Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance our websites authority and search engine ranking.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and distribution.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and make recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with web developers and marketing team to ensure SEO strategies are integrated into web development and marketing initiatives.

Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, engagement, and other relevant metrics.

Manage local SEO efforts including optimizing for Google My Business and other local search opportunities.

Work with PPC and social media teams to optimize cross-channel strategies for maximum visibility and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.

Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and keyword research tools.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
