Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The SMM Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.

Create and administer content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and organic content using analytics tools.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to create a cohesive social media presence.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Use social media marketing tools to manage and optimize posts, as well as to schedule future content.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for social media content.

Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with other departments to promote company events, announcements, and product launches.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

Familiarity with web design and publishing.
