You will work in a specialised team handling national and international mandates in an environment built on trust, quality and genuine team spirit.

Your role in the team

You independently manage payroll processing for clients across various industries and act as a dedicated contact for your own client portfolio.

You also handle complex payroll matters, for example in relation to company pension schemes, company cars, mini-jobs, students or interns, as well as topics such as maternity protection and parental leave.

As a key point of contact, you liaise with clients, social security institutions, banks and other external stakeholders.

In addition, you prepare reports and statistics, ensuring transparency and providing a reliable basis for further decision-making.

What you bring to the table

You have completed your training as a tax clerk, HR specialist or payroll specialist, or hold a comparable qualification.

You have professional experience in payroll accounting and are confident in using DATEV or comparable payroll software.

You enjoy working directly with clients and demonstrate a service-oriented and meticulous approach to your work.

You have a good command of English.

You work in a structured and reliable way, show strong commitment and enjoy working as part of a team.
