Legal Assistants/Support Lawyers in labor migration and nationality law (m/f/d)

vpmk Rechtsanwälte Legal Services PartmbB is an established law firm based in Berlin and Stuttgart. For both offices

we are looking for Legal Assistants/Support Lawyers to expand our team, who will work closely with the lawyers

and the entire vpmk team in Berlin and Stuttgart.

Your tasks:

Advising our foreign clients, in particular on labor migration and nationality law

Independent and assisting processing of client inquiries from all over the world, hand in hand with our lawyers

Conducting organizational and legal correspondence with our clients, authorities and foreign representations

Communication with HR departments of various companies

Simple checks of legal issues

Preparation of visa applications and applications for work/residence permits

Accompanying clients to the foreigners authority

Scheduling, file creation and other office tasks

Your profile:

You have a very good command of German and English, further foreign language skills (especially Russian) are an advantage

Ideally you have studied, although a degree is not essential. Basic legal knowledge

is useful.

You enjoy working in a team

You have good time management and organizational skills

You have a very good grasp of things

You like to work independently and conscientiously and ideally have already gained office experience

You have a pronounced willingness to provide a service, which is reflected in your enjoyment of personal and telephone communication with our clients from a wide range of nations

We offer:

A permanent position, ideally full-time with 40 hours per week

A detailed introduction to our office organization and to legal issues relating to labor migration and nationality law

Working from home on a daily basis is possible after the familiarization phase
