Description & Requirements

An exciting 24- month fixed term contract in a highly diverse role in Recruiting and Employer Branding, covering analytical, conceptual, and administrative aspects.

Acting as an HR Business Partner for all recruiting-related topics

Managing the applicant tracking process

Supporting our junior lawyers throughout the employee lifecycle

Planning, developing, and executing recruiting and university marketing initiatives, such as workshops, events, legal tech events, and career fairs

Developing new and creative strategies in recruiting and employer branding, as well as supporting projects aimed at optimizing recruiting processes

Technical Skills, qualifications and experience

A completed degree (Bachelors or Masters) or a comparable qualification

Initial professional experience in HR, ideally within a professional services environment

Empathy, trustworthiness, and a high level of discretion

Strong team spirit, reliability, flexibility, and commitment

Analytical skills, along with an independent and proactive way of working

A friendly, service-oriented attitude and a hands-on mindset

Creativity, ambition, and the motivation to contribute your own ideas, get involved in international projects early on, and engage with innovative HR concepts

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
