What you can expect

Formal processing of communications and official notices from the European Patent Office (EPO) and other patent offices, particularly in examination, grant, opposition and appeal proceedings

Processing and coordinating incoming correspondence

Monitoring and coordinating deadlines

Independently managing assigned tasks in a structured working environment

Continuously expanding and developing your professional expertise, particularly in the field of the European Patent Convention (EPC)

What sets you apart

As a Patent Paralegal

Completed training as a patent paralegal or a comparable professional qualification

Initial practical experience working with the European Patent Convention (EPC)

Willingness to continuously deepen and develop your professional knowledge

Enjoy working independently in a structured environment

Very good command of German and English

Confident use of computers and standard software applications
