Research Assistant (m/f/d) M&A

We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our M&A practice at our Hamburg office.
Your role
Youll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You can expect a diverse range of engaging tasks on national and international mandates with a focus on M&A transactions, joint ventures and financing rounds.
You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.
Your profile
First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
Very good command of English
Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
A structured approach to legal analysis
