Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Oversee fieldwork, monitor engagement status, and manage team performance.

Adapt audit approaches to evolving client environments and regulatory changes.

Apply advanced accounting and auditing concepts to complex client situations.

Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation.

Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate effectively.

Deep understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and auditing standards.

Commitment to developing people and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in audit tools and emerging technologies.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

CPA designation (or progress toward completion).

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in audit or assurance within a public accounting firm.

Proven experience managing teams and complex engagements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingualism in French and English (for roles in bilingual regions).

Ideally, Youll Also Have

Experience with data analytics and ERP systems.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Government of Canada Security Clearance is an asset
