We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Dispute Resolution practice at our Frankfurt office.

Your role

Your role will focus on:

Representing clients from Germany and abroad in complex disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals

Analysing complex, extensive matters, providing legal assessment and developing and implementing litigation strategies

Contributing to internal investigations and advising clients in all types of contentious situations, with direct client contact and close co-operation with colleagues from other practice areas

Commercial disputes and product liability law, general contract and liability law, and disputes in connection with M&A transactions

Your profile

State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better

Ideally, relevant experience in Dispute Resolution

Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad

Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
