We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Healthcare practice at our Berlin office.

Our Berlin healthcare team combines many years of industry-specific expertise with a recognised track record as leading advisors in the sector. We work in a dynamic field shaped by digital innovation, personalised care offerings, shifting demographics and the constraints of health insurance funding – all of which drive a high level of regulatory activity.

Your role

As part of our Berlin healthcare team, you will:

Advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of statutory health insurance law

Conduct arbitration and court proceedings

Support transactions in the healthcare sector

Conduct compliance investigations, advise on organisational structures and substantive compliance issues

Work at the intersection of law, policy, and science

Contribute to shaping new regulations and tackle novel legal issues

Collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams, reflecting Gleiss Lutzs full service approach and the complexity of our mandates

Your profile

State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better

Ideally, relevant experience in Healthcare

Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad

Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
