As a part of our team, you will draft briefs from dictation and maintain client-related correspondence. You will create, administer and structure files. As an important coordination and organizational staff member, you will also generate cost accounting and monitor deadlines and terms.

For this responsible and diverse work, our firm is always looking for the right people who will enrich our team with joy and dedication.

Successfully completed specialized training as a paralegal (m/f/x) or paralegal and notary clerk (m/f/x), successfully completed business training or training as a bilingual secretary (m/f/x) are desirable. Several years of professional experience are preferred. Due to our firms international orientation, good English skills are essential.

We hold regular team events as social get-togethers or sporting events – after all, we would like to get to know you!
