We are seeking associates (Rechtsanwälte) (m/f/d) to join our Banking and Finance practice at our Frankfurt and Munich offices.
Your role
Youll focus on the following:
Corporate financing
Acquisition financing
Real estate financing
Your profile
State examinations with grades of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
Ideally, relevant experience in Banking and Finance
Business-fluent English, preferably acquired abroad
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcome
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, a focus on solutions, dedication, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
