Research Assistant (m/f/d) - Banking and Finance

We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Banking and Finance practice at our Munich office.
Gleiss Lutz advises banks and large and medium-sized German and foreign enterprises on all aspects of banking and finance.
Your role
Youll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. Your role will focus on corporate financing, acquisition financing, bonds, and restructuring.
You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.
Your profile
First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
Very good command of English
Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
