We are looking for a passionate venture capital lawyer with 2-3 years of experience, who will advise on:

Venture Capital Financing

M&A Transactions

Incentive Schemes

General Corporate Law Topics

What you bring

You have 2-3 years of experience in Venture Capital.

You have excellent written and communication skills with an ability to translate complex topics into smart content and plain language for clients.

You are fluent in English and German

You have a keen interest in the startup and venture capital ecosystem

You have a base of business acumen and economic understanding

You are not afraid to take over ownership and responsibility for projects and clients (Hands-on Mentality)
