Trademark Counsel (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Trademark Counsel (m/f/d) to join our trademark and design team in Berlin or Munich.

Your Responsibilities

You will focus in particular on the following:

Filing trademark and design applications, including international registrations;

Coordinating trademark and design applications abroad;

Handling opposition and cancellation proceedings;

Monitoring for conflicting IP rights;

Managing and monitoring deadlines, maintaining the trademark and design database (WebTMS);

Assisting with identity and similarity searches;

Corresponding with clients, government agencies, and courts, as well as foreign correspondent attorneys;

Billing based on time tracking and flat rates.

Your Profile

You have extensive experience in trademark, patent, or design administration. Ideally, you hold a degree in business law or have completed training as a patent clerk, or possess comparable qualifications. You are proficient in using trademark and design management software. You have written and spoken English skills and are interested in legal matters. You enjoy working in a team and take pride in shared achievements.
