Assistant (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time (no home office).

PETERS Legal is a medium-sized law firm specializing in comprehensive legal counsel and litigation across all areas of modern commercial law. We serve national and international clients throughout Germany. Our firm operates in collaborative teams, where we work on specialized projects within our respective areas of expertise or, when necessary, on an interdisciplinary basis. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute your respective strengths:

General team tasks include:

Dealing with correspondence

General office organization

Management and tracking of the e-mail inbox

Deadline management

Preparation of invoices

Dunning

Foreclosures

Are you interested in this role (with dunning and enforcement proceedings optional)? We are looking for candidates who possess the following professional and personal qualifications:

Preferred: Completed training as a certified paralegal

Alternatively: Experienced professional looking to transition into the legal sector

Fluency in German (both written and spoken)

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

A responsible, independent and reliable work ethic

Neat and well-groomed appearance
