With over 100 employees, we are one of the larger commercial law firms in Lower Saxony. Our team of 40 lawyers and four notaries advises national and international clients across all areas of commercial law. More than 65 administrative staff ensure fast and seamless operations.

Your responsibilities

Independently initiating and executing enforcement proceedings, including debt and real estate enforcement, repossession, concurrent performance, and security enforcement

Written and telephone correspondence with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and debtors

Independent and autonomous file management

Handling electronic dunning procedures

Monitoring bookings and independently managing the disbursement of third-party funds

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a paralegal or legal and notary assistant

Professional experience in enforcement proceedings

Ideally, previous experience in a law firm

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Independent, structured, and meticulous work style, combined with strong organizational skills

Enjoyment of teamwork and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
