Your Responsibilities

Independent work in areas such as IT, IP, and corporate law

Supporting the drafting and review of complex contracts and technology-related legal issues

Conducting research, legal analyses, and drafting legal documents

Contributing to publications, lectures, and workshops in the tech law field

Your Profile

First State Examination (1. Staatsexamen) successfully completed

Strong interest in digital and technological topics

Excellent legal understanding and a precise, confident writing style

Good command of English

Confident use of information technology, digital tools, and new media

Initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary work
