What This Role Is About

We automate finance processes by transferring expertise into our AI agents — not by rationalizing it away. Youre the bridge between years of professional practice and intelligent automation.

What Youll Do

You handle bookkeeping for our clients

Accurate, up to date daily, and HGB-compliant — in ERP environments like SAP and DATEV.

You train and supervise our AI agents

You teach the AI how to do it better next time.

You turn expertise into actionable rules

Your gut instinct becomes a documented, auditable process.

You clean up and automate processes

Structure first, then automation — often in accounts payable or receivable.

You reconcile accounts and prepare financial closes

Monthly, quarterly, and annual closes under HGB, on schedule.

You work closely with the AI development team

You translate technical accounting logic into workflows the AI can execute.

You maintain quality as our client base grows

Your oversight makes automation scalable and reliable.

You contribute your own ideas for process improvement

You think proactively about where workflows can be leaner and more secure.

You manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

You keep all sub-ledgers reliably in view.

You serve as the go-to resource for technical questions

Clients and colleagues value your judgment.

What You Bring

Certified public accountant qualification or equivalent, plus several years of experience

You know financial accounting in depth.

Confident judgment on account coding, accruals, and financial close under HGB

You know when a posting “feels wrong” — and why.

Experience with common ERP and accounting systems

SAP, DATEV, or comparable platforms are familiar territory.

Curiosity about AI

No programming required — but a genuine interest in understanding how an AI learns.

Structured, independent working style

You keep the overview even when managing many clients.

Precision and reliability

Numbers are your craft; thoroughness is second nature.

Enjoyment of sharing knowledge

You explain things clearly and make complexity understandable.

Team spirit and open communication

You enjoy collaborating with both domain experts and developers.

Professional German at a business-fluent level (written and spoken).

Client communication, contracts, and regulatory documentation require precise command of the German language.
