We are seeking a (Senior) Recruiter (f/m/d) to join our Stuttgart office, initially on a two-year fixed-term contract.

As part of our HR Legal team, youll be responsible for recruiting and supporting future lawyers at our Stuttgart office, including interns, trainee lawyers, research assistants and associates.

YOUR MISSION: Finding and attracting top talent.

Youll take ownership of the recruiting process, managing applications and guiding candidates throughout their journey with us.

Youll independently support our future lawyers in all HR-related matters and help foster the development of the next generation of legal talent.

Youll design and deliver creative recruiting and talent engagement initiatives.

Youll take the lead in planning and organising recruiting events and university careers fairs.

Youll play an active role in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives, and help create compelling content.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: The skills and personality to make an impact.

You hold a degree in human resources and/or communications, social sciences or psychology, or an equivalent qualification.

You have at least three years of professional experience in recruitment.

You enjoy working with candidates and are enthusiastic about digital developments in talent marketing, recruitment and talent retention.

You are an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, you are flexible, and you work well with others.

You are committed to delivering high-quality work. You bring a strong service mindset and a high level of dedication to everything you do.
