Lawyer in the field of insolvency law
Your tasks:
You will support our insolvency administrators in the handling of insolvency proceedings and the restructuring and reorganisation of companies of all sizes and sectors
You provide legal and commercial support for the management of ongoing operations
You negotiate asset deals and other M&A contracts
You check claims according to insolvency law and assert them.

Above average expertise in civil law and business administration
You work independently, autonomously and in a structured way
Team spirit, integrity and a friendly and confident manner
