Notary Clerk (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time in Frankfurt am Main (Holzhausenstraße)

For our newly established notarys office in Frankfurts Holzhausenstraße, we are looking for a qualified Notary Clerk (m/f/d) to support us reliably on a full-time or part-time basis. You should enjoy working independently in a professional and respectful environment.

Your Responsibilities

Independent preparation, handling and follow-up of notarial deeds (in particular in the areas of real estate, corporate and inheritance law)

Correspondence with clients, courts, public authorities and banks

Management and administration of files as well as monitoring deadlines and appointments

Preparation of fee invoices in accordance with the German Court and Notary Costs Act (GNotKG)

Supporting the notary in day-to-day operations

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a Notary Clerk or Legal and Notary Assistant

Professional experience in a notarys office desirable but not essential

Careful, structured and independent working style

Friendly, professional manner with a strong service orientation

Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of notarial software is an advantage

Your Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for our clients and representing the notarys office with friendliness and professionalism

Organising the reception area, preparing meetings and taking care of refreshments

Answering telephone calls, recording enquiries in a structured manner and forwarding them reliably

Supporting the team with administrative tasks, such as processing and sending correspondence

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled as a student and would like to contribute your communication and organisational skills alongside your studies – regardless of your field of study – while gaining insight into notarial practice

Well-groomed, friendly appearance and enjoyment of communicating with people

Reliable, independent working style and a team-oriented mindset

Confident use of MS Office with a structured and careful approach to work

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Legal knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
