Join our team as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) with a focus on medical professionals.

Your tasks

• Independent and timely preparation of payroll accounting for our clients in the healthcare sector
• Contact person for clients on wage tax and social security law issues
• Maintenance of personnel master data and monitoring of deadlines
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, tax offices and other institutions
• Support with payroll-related audits (e.g. income tax, social security)

Collaboration on the optimization of digital payroll processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g. tax clerk, HR specialist, payroll assistant) or comparable qualification
• Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a tax office
• Confident handling of DATEV LODAS / wages and salaries

Knowledge of wage tax and social security law

• Structured and reliable way of working
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor in client contact
• Affinity for digital processes
