Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in Capital Markets, you will play a critical leadership role in expanding and elevating our Capital Markets practice. You will own the vision for the future of Capital Markets, spearheading business development initiatives such as thought leadership creation, high-impact client proposals, and strategic go-to-market campaigns. You will be responsible for cultivating and expanding a robust network across the Capital Markets sector, generating significant new business opportunities, and delivering innovative, client-centric solutions to complex challenges.

You will lead multiple workstreams and large-scale projects, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets. As a senior representative of EY, you will build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, providing strategic insights and connecting them to EYs comprehensive service offerings. You will inspire, mentor, and develop diverse teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning, while embedding deep Capital Markets expertise and awareness of emerging trends such as digital assets and regulatory technology.

You will champion a professional environment that differentiates EY from competitors, supports the growth of future leaders, and strengthens EYs position as a market leader in Capital Markets advisory.

Skills and attributes for success

Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with deep expertise in Capital Markets trade flows (front, middle, back office), risk management, digital assets, data, technology, regulatory compliance, market infrastructure, and Capital Markets products.

Proven track record of proactively identifying and capitalizing on client opportunities through insightful questioning and innovative thinking.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive-level storytelling skills to articulate complex concepts and strategic assessments clearly and persuasively.
