As an auditing and tax consulting firm, we primarily serve medium-sized companies of all legal forms, providing comprehensive advice from a single source. With three partners, six salaried tax consultants and a further thirty or so employees, we work closely together to provide comprehensive, high-quality advice.

Our field of activity includes the preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements, financial and payroll accounting, but also the enforcement of a legal opinion, the clarification of individual cases and the tax-optimized structuring of business transactions, transactions and restructuring.

Your tasks

Independent support of a fixed client base and new clients

Development of proposed solutions for complex special tax issues

Advising our clients on accounting and tax issues

Preparation of annual financial statements and the associated tax returns

Ideally, you bring in-depth knowledge of tax law as well as several years of professional and consulting experience with medium-sized companies

confident handling of MS-Office programs as well as good user knowledge of the relevant DATEV programs
