Your application as a notary assistant (m/f/x)
As part of our team, you will independently maintain correspondence with courts, authorities and the various parties and draft and process documents. As an important coordination and organizational staff member, you will also generate cost accounting and monitor deadlines and terms.
For this responsible and diverse work, our firm is always looking for the right people who will enrich our team with joy and dedication. Successfully completed specialized training as a notary clerk (m/f/x) or paralegal and notary clerk (m/f/x) is desirable. Several years of professional experience are preferred.
We hold regular team events as social get-togethers or sporting events – after all, we would like to get to know you!
