Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Driving month end close process Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual P&L along with schedules Drive Indirect Cost Budget, Projections & Forecasting and Outlook process with Business Unit and Service Line Controllers Compare and analysis of budget vs actual spend Collaborate with Global counterparts on policy implementation, queries and clarification Lead Driver based analysis of Gross Margins and Direct, Indirect Expenses reported on monthly basis Prepare PowerPoint presentation on Financial update for monthly/bi-monthly/Annual Leadership meeting Take up projects related to Margin, Expense management or any other project as may be decided Coach and motivate team members on continuous basis

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

Bachelor of Commerce

Experience

2-3 years of experience in accounting
