We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Competition/Antitrust practice at our Stuttgart office.

Our work focuses on:

General competition/antitrust law

Fine proceedings and abuse proceedings

Merger control

Antitrust-related civil law disputes, including private antitrust litigation

Distribution antitrust

Your role

Youll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. Youll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. Youll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.

You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Your profile

First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better

Very good command of English

Interest in business-related issues and challenging work

Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession

A structured approach to legal analysis

Availability to work at least two days a week
