Your responsibilities

Preparing and processing notarial deeds

Organizing and coordinating appointments

Assisting with the processing of notarial matters and file management

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a legal and notary assistant (m/f/d)

General knowledge of notarial practice; no specialization required

Initial professional experience in a notarys office is desirable

Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and good Microsoft Office skills

Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
