With offices in Munich and Berlin, the two most important German tech hubs, we accompany outstanding technologies and companies across a wide range of sectors very early, often long before they make the business press. Many of our clients then show up there quite quickly.

Were not a big-firm machine. Here you take on client responsibility early and work directly with founders and funds. And we equip you with modern, AI-supported tools so your time goes into judgment, not busywork.

What youll do

Advise startups, founders and investors on VC financings (seed to pre-IPO) and venture debt structures.

Support tech M&A transactions, predominantly sell-side and in complex multi-seller structures.

Structure employee participation programs. This is a field where were among the pioneers in the industry, so you work at the leading edge of its development.

Advise on exciting corporate-law matters on an ongoing basis, particularly stock corporation (AG) and SE (Societas Europaea) law.

Youll experience the interplay of corporate and tax law every day, a learning opportunity thats hard to find elsewhere. And youll work on what comes next: with the EU Inc., likely to become reality within two to three years, an entirely new chapter in European venture capital is opening. Here youre at the forefront of writing it.

What you bring

Two above-average German state exams (Staatsexamina) and a genuine enjoyment of demanding structures.

Ideally around two to three years of experience in VC, M&A or general corporate.

Enjoyment of transactional work and commercial understanding.

Clear communication and interest in technology and the VC ecosystem.

Ambition to be among the best in the field, and enthusiasm for building something together with the team.

What we offer

With 2 to 3 years of experience, your salary is €140,000 to €160,000.
