The Bachelors degree program 'Law in the notarys office (LL.B.)' is aimed equally at high school graduates and experienced notarys office employees. If you have already completed your training as a notarys assistant or legal and notarys assistant, the course offers you a great opportunity to deepen and specialize your knowledge. You can also have some modules recognized.

The course is tailored to the diverse requirements of everyday work in a notarys office and can be completed in parallel to working in a notarys office. The course focuses on the issues that are particularly relevant for working as a professionally qualified employee at a notarys office in the legal fields of debt and property law, family and inheritance law as well as commercial and corporate law. Special notarial topics are also covered, such as professional and notarization law, money laundering law and cost law.

We ensure that the courses are as practice-oriented as possible by using notaries as lecturers alongside experienced university lecturers. Soft skills training takes place in all semesters, providing you with important practical skills for everyday working life in a notarys office. This includes mastering common notary-specific IT applications as well as dealing with clients.
