Your mission

You are passionate about law and technology and eager to start (or continue) your career in this field. With our Tech & Data team, you will work on exciting legal questions around data protection law, IT law, digitalization, and the drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to AI, data, software and digital business models.

Whether through your studies, a specialization, or your traineeship, you may already have gained first experience in these areas – but what truly sets you apart is your curiosity, enthusiasm, and ambition to grow.

You are passionate about topics such as the Data Act, AI Act, GDPR and venture capital and private equity transactions, and you thrive on tackling complex legal challenges at the intersection of law, technology, and business. You are eager to learn drafting and negotiating cooperation agreements and software license contracts that form the backbone of innovative digital business models, and to support our M&A teams in fast-paced tech transactions. You see legal work not just as risk management, but as a way to enable growth and create value in a fast-moving tech environment.

Excellent academic qualifications (at least 18 points in total)

A genuine interest in Tech & Data– including data protection, IT and software law – ideally with first practical experience in these fields

Curiosity for technology (AI, software contracts, cloud computing, and digital business models) and enthusiasm for solving legal challenges around digital innovation

A proactive, quick-thinking mindset – you enjoy taking on responsibility, thinking outside the box, and working collaboratively in a team

Strong communication skills: your personality adds real value to our team

Initiative and creativity come naturally to you

Excellent German and strong English skills complete your profile
