This role is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.

Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities

Focus on finance change, helping the leadership of private and public sector organisations to assess and improve their Finance function.

Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes, and systems, and work with clients to deliver improvements.

Deepen your subject matter expertise as part of a global network of Finance and Performance Management advisory professionals.

Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:

A solid track record in (Digital) Finance and Finance process optimization (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, FP&A), with the ambition to deepen your expertise in Finance transformation and digital enablers

Finance operating model transformation including transition to outsourcing, shared services, and/or automation.

Finance organisation design and capability definition.

Improvement of Finance transactional processes and systems.

Design and implementation of improved reporting including KPI definition.

Design and implementation of improved planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on financial planning and budgeting methodologies.

Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (or other EPM solutions) and experience with ERP/Technology programmes.

Leveraging performance management and business intelligence tools including SAC, PowerBI, Anaplan.

Ideally, youll also have:

Project and change management.

Business process transformation via structured problem solving.
