Your responsibilities
- Planning, creating and publishing content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Shooting reels, videos & stories (on site & remotely)
- Developing new content formats (short-form, hooks, series formats)
Analysing performance data (views, retention, conversions)
Identifying trends & viral topics
Building and maintaining partnerships (e.g. influencers, partners, platforms)
Further developing our social media strategy
Your profile
Experience in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn)
A feel for viral content & storytelling
- Confidence with video content (an iPhone is enough – but you know how to produce content)
- Analytical thinking (you understand why content works – or doesnt)
Independent way of working & high quality standards
Interest in digital topics (crypto, finance, creator economy an advantage)
Nice to have
Building further channels (newsletter, funnels, landing pages)
