Modern tax firm specialising in crypto tax law is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) with strong communication skills to advise and look after our enquirers.

Your responsibilities

• Selling our tax advisory services to prospects who approach us – no cold calling
• Conducting free initial consultations (approx. 15 minutes) and returning calls on enquiries received by email or contact form
• Clarifying needs and explaining our range of services clearly to enquirers

Carefully documenting all conversations and contact histories

• Following up and maintaining contact until the engagement is signed (callbacks, answering simple questions relating to the quote)
• Looking after a large number of enquirers in parallel while keeping a good overview and setting priorities

Handling emotionally charged conversations with confidence

• Your profile
• Experience in sales or telephone-based client advisory

Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in conducting difficult and emotionally charged conversations
• No prior tax knowledge required – important: this position does not involve providing tax advice
• Prior knowledge of cryptocurrencies an advantage, but not a requirement
• Independent, structured way of working, even with a high volume of calls
