Stellenbeschreibung
Experienced Employment Lawyer
About us
Studio Legal is a business law firm with particular strength in transactional work, venture capital and media & entertainment. Our Employment Law team advises employers, executives, start-ups and growth companies on all key aspects of individual and collective employment law.
Our work ranges from contract drafting and litigation to contingent workforce arrangements, restructurings and the employment law aspects of transactions. On film and production employment matters, we work closely with our Media & Entertainment team; on transactions, with our Corporate / M&A and Venture Capital colleagues.
What defines our approach: we dont just provide legally sound answers – we find solutions that work in practice. We think commercially, communicate clearly and work closely with our clients. We cut through complexity and focus on what really matters for the decision at hand.
We work digitally and continuously improve the way we work. Legal tech and specialised AI tools are a natural part of our day-to-day practice.
We are looking for experienced lawyers to join our Employment Law team who are ready to take responsibility, enjoy working directly with clients and want to help us further develop our practice.
Your role at STUDIO LEGAL
You will advise our clients independently and as part of a team, particularly on:
drafting and negotiating employment and service agreements
employment litigation
employment law aspects of M&A and VC transactions
negotiations with works councils
employee leasing and contingent workforce arrangements
film and production employment law
employee participation and incentive programmes
restructurings and other employment-related transformation processes
From day one, you will be close to our clients and their matters: working directly with them, developing solutions and strategies and taking responsibility for your own workstreams. At the same time, you will work closely with experienced colleagues from our Employment Law team and our other practice groups.
What you bring
You have at least two years of experience in Employment Law and want to do more than simply work on cases – you want to actively shape the advice we provide.
What matters to us:
strong employment law expertise and high standards for the quality of your work
the ability to turn complex legal issues into clear, practical recommendations
a commercial mindset and a good understanding of our clients interests and decision-making processes
an open and collaborative approach to communication
initiative, reliability and a willingness to take responsibility
openness to digital ways of working, legal tech and AI, and an interest in making processes better and more efficient
excellent German and English language skills
We are not looking for a particular type of law firm on your CV. What matters to us is that you are an excellent lawyer, think clearly and enjoy working in an environment where high-quality legal advice and pragmatic solutions go hand in hand.
Interested?
We would love to get to know you.
Send us your application – and if you would like to learn more about how we work or what joining Studio Legal could look like for you, feel free to get in touch.
